You decide.
We have a 60min group check-in every week. You’ll learn a lot from each other and this may be enough for you. However, if you want to get max benefit from the course, there is approximately 2-3 hours of content to work through each week.
The lessons are bite-size, so you can fit them around your other deadlines…or the kids.
For less than 20min a day, you’ll make quantum leaps in your personal and professional development.
Pro tip: Listen to the longer podcasts/video clips when doing chores/exercise and make yourself voice-notes with key take-aways and an action plan.
